    Not sure if owner, but older male staff member is rude and arrogant, raises voice at customers, I will not go back, worst experience ever, I don't even want to give this place 1 star as it's not worthy of it!!!!

    The worst customer service EVER I now make sure I instruct delivery persons to leave my package unattended rather have to go this place. The older guy was so RUDE and couldn't give a care. Australia post take note loosing customers in a big way with people like this. Most locals will avoid this going like the plague.
